I am looking for the Mel Tillis CD "Who's Julie". It has his cover of Carroll County Accident that I just love, plus many other covers. The LP was released on Kapp Records (owned by MCA) probably in the 60s sometimes (no date on the LP). The LP number as KS3594. Is it out there? Will Hip-O release a country CD by this artis?!?!?
