One of my greatest wishes to see this album on CD.
I would like to know where I can find "Heartbeat" on CD ? Is there a compilation available which contains both parts of the song?????
Thanks for any help.
I like to search part twos of songs........!

There was a long version of the song on a long out of print CD issued by Rhino. The title escapes me, but it was from the "Soul Shots" series.
"Heartbeat" has been featured on several compilations, but the Rhino disc is the one I remember best. I'm not sure if Universal owns Gloria Jones' pre-Motown masters.

Thank you so much Dr.Soul for your support, now I have found two Cds of this series which contains "Heartbeat" one of them is "Screamin�soul sisters" and the other one is "the In-Crowd" or "60�s Soul hits". There is no tracklist available where I could see the times of the songs. I don�t know which CD includes the two parts.

Lifetime Man....Dr Soul was right....the unedited version of "Heartbeat" (one of my FAVS too!!!!!!)
can be found on Rhino's 1988 SOUL SHOTS Vol 2.
It's a TASTY 4:14 min long....the way it was MEANT to be! John
