Does anyone know if the entire show in Hawaii from 72 where Lynda first performed as a Supreme (subbing in for Jean) was recorded? I had heard a track of Lynda singing the lead on Stoned Love, but was curious if the entire show was recorded. That would make an interesting release, at least I would think so.

Supremes In Hawaii??? Geez...the next thing you know they'll be releasing The Supremes In The Toilet!

See Diana Ross come out of the toilet singing 'Where Did Our Love Go?'

See Mary Wilson look into the toilet and sing 'Can't Take My Eyes off You'

See Cindy Birdsong flush the toilet and sing 'Going Down For The Third Time'

'Dress shabby...they notice the
dress...Dress impeccable...they
notice the woman'

Why's it that those who are ignorant of historic recordings so freely display their own lack of taste or refinement? The Supremes in Hawaii/Central Park/The Copa/ Roostertail/etc. would be welcomed by any true Supremes fan.
The bathroom humor is certainly uncalled for and should be removed from Hip-O Select Town Square.

I agree wholeheartedly. The toilet humor is totally disrespectful and uncalled for.

Gosh - I can not believe that someone would post a nasty response like what got posted.

But seriously, I think that most of the fans of the 70's incarnations of the Supremes would like to hear this rare line-up of Lynda deputising for Jean, Mary and Cindy before she left the group the first time. More thoughts - other than nasty responses?

I'd take anything previously unreleased, live or otherwise! Heck Jean could be in the bathroom singing live and I'd want a copy, she's so fantastic!

This line-up may be rare (Mary/Cindy/Lynda), but during both the 60s & 70s there were several rare group line-ups.

How 'bout:

Diana/Mary/Marlene (East Coast)
Jean/Lynda/Cindy (Copa)
Mary/Cindy/Debbie (South America)

There's more....I think.
