Dear Folks,
There has been a fair amount of discussion on the boards about certain issues regarding shipping and posting on the boards and the like. While the boards are a public forum, and we absolutely welcome your comments, certain guidelines need to be followed.
When and if posts become repetitive and/or abusive, they will be deleted. Ongoing violators of this policy will be excluded from participation. This isn�t intended to silence anyone, or even to discourage a spirited public airing of criticism, but when a series of posts consists largely of �Yeah! What (s)he said!�, it gets in the way of real issues. While the squeaky wheel gets the grease, the person who cries �Wolf� long and loud too frequently ultimately undermines his (or her) credibility.
For those of you just tuning in, please allow me to recap:
We have a comparatively small number of packages (from our best estimates, under 5%) that are not arriving within the 7-14 business day window as promised on our shipper�s site;
I have been personally involved both in dealing with individual shipment resolution and with a more general systems analysis approach to resolve the outstanding problems, such as they are;
All customer service issues are being addressed at the highest levels of both our companies, and we are both reading the posts to the boards and the emails you send;
Both our fulfillment house, SureSource, and our company, Hip-O Select, are intensely committed to providing a flawless transaction system to ensure prompt and safe delivery of our music;
We welcome your comments, and all we ask is that they be within the guidelines as set forth above.
