Hey, what about the A&M; album that came between Herb Alpert & TjB's 'Lonely Bull' (A&M; 101)and Herb Alpert & TjB 'Volume 2' (A&M; 103), George McCurn's 'Country Boy Goes To Town' (A&M; 102)??
There were also some Non-LP tracks, too: 'In My Corner O' The World' was one of 'em!! Somethin' else a 'Complete A&M; Libarry' shouldn't be without...!! 'One More Time For The Poor Man...'; Yeah, 'How's The World Treatin' You...?' -- J.E.G.

Hardly anyone is going to be interested in a reissue of an album that fell off of A&M;'s radar within a year. Other than the fact that Shorty Rogers did the arrangements and McCurn was formerly an Ink Spot, there isn't much to recommend it. Nice effort, but very obscure. ----------------------------------- Rudy, chief cook and bottle washer from A&M; Corner. |
